Welcome to the home of the Mud, Sweat, and Gears Cycloross Series

The final Mud, Sweat, and Gears race took place Saturday 12/4/04. In addition to our race winners, congratulations are in order for our series overall winners. They are Shawn Altizer (Men's A), Todd Braswell (Men's B), Michael Wilson (Men's C), Cara McCauley-Applegate (Women's), and Sean Letterman (Juniors). Thanks for a great series everybody, and we'll see you again in 2005.

We raised $750 for the Johnson City/Washington County Animal Shelter and presented the check to the director, Debbie Dobbs, at the awards ceremony.  All thanks to Mud, Sweat, and Gears Crossers!

Also, congratulations to Steve Anstoetter.  He was the grand prize winner in our raffle and took home a sweet Redline Conquest Pro frame!  Steve raced in our series on his hardtail mountain bike, so he really needed a good cross rig.  Watch out guys, he'll be super fast next year!
